For simplicity, we estimate each ceramic piece as 1 kg when calculating shipping costs. The price shown in our calculator is based on this assumption and reflects the shipping cost we charge you. We multiply the official Polish Post rate by 1.08 to include an additional 8% related to the tax settlement of the shipping service, then round the postage to the nearest whole PLN. We add a fixed 10 PLN per package for protective packaging; this packaging fee is not multiplied by 1.08. We do not add any profit margin to shipping.

Can I ship several ceramic pieces in one package?
Yes. Combine up to 20 pieces in one package, subject to the destination’s postal weight and size limits. All pieces in a shared package must go to one delivery address.
Is shipping cheaper when we combine our ceramics?
Usually, yes. The first kilogram has a higher cost than each additional kilogram, and you pay for protective packaging only once. Use the comparison above to see your exact estimated savings.
Do you make any profit on shipping?
No. We multiply the official price of the selected Polish Post parcel service by 1.08 to account for an additional 8% related to tax settlement, round the postage to the nearest whole PLN for each package, then add a fixed 10 PLN for the carton and protective materials. The 8% adjustment does not apply to packaging. We add no shipping margin or commission.
How long does international shipping take?
Your ceramics must first be glazed, fired and prepared for dispatch. Postal delivery time then depends on the destination, transport connections, customs and the local postal operator. It can take several weeks or longer, especially on sea routes. We do not guarantee a delivery date. Ask our team before booking if timing is important.
Can you ship my ceramics directly to my home?
Yes, to destinations currently served by a suitable Polish Post economy or priority parcel service. Arrange shipping with our team during your visit and provide a complete delivery address and contact details.
Are customs duties included?
No. Customs duties, import taxes and any local clearance or handling charges are not included. If applicable, these are payable by the recipient under the destination’s rules.
